Welcome to Blooms Coaching. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.bloomscoaching.co.uk (the “Site”), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.

Blooms Coaching is operated by Blooms Coaching, a limited company registered in England and Wales

Company Number 16469480, having its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Services

The Services include, but are not limited to:

•  Access to online resources, guides, and materials for personal and business development.

•  One-on-one coaching sessions.

•  Workshops, online classes, training courses, and special events.

•  Membership plans (e.g., free Beginner’s Guide, Monthly Membership at £15 per month, and Annual Membership at £100 per year, which includes one free month).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Services.

3. User Accounts

To access certain Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

•  Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

•  Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

•  Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

•  Free Services: Certain resources, such as the Beginner’s Guide to Business, are provided free of charge.

•  Paid Subscriptions: Monthly and Annual Memberships are billed automatically via [payment processor, e.g., Stripe]. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

•  Monthly: £15 per month, billed on the anniversary of your subscription start date.

•  Annual: £100 per year, billed upfront (equivalent to £8.33 per month, including one free month).

•  You authorize us to charge your payment method for renewals. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least [e.g., 24 hours] before the renewal date.

•  Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds are provided.

•  Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

If payment fails, we may suspend your access to paid Services until resolved.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and materials (collectively, “Content”), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Content without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

If you submit, post, or upload any content (e.g., feedback, testimonials, or materials during coaching sessions) (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute it for any purpose related to the Services.

You represent that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with these Terms. We are not responsible for User Content and may remove it at our discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

•  Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

•  Post harmful, offensive, or infringing content.

•  Interfere with the Services, including by introducing viruses or engaging in denial-of-service attacks.

•  Impersonate any person or entity.

•  Commercialize the Services without permission (e.g., reselling access).

•  Share your account credentials with others.

We may investigate and take appropriate action, including termination, for violations.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your requirements or be error-free.

Coaching and resources are for informational and developmental purposes only and do not constitute professional advice (e.g., legal, financial, medical, or psychological). Results vary, and we make no guarantees regarding outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will do so.

You may terminate your account at any time, but you remain liable for any outstanding fees.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We encourage informal resolution of disputes. If unresolved, you agree to binding arbitration under the rules of [e.g., the London Court of International Arbitration], unless you opt out within 30 days of accepting these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms
